By using this website or booking a session, you agree to engage with our services in good faith. All content shared during coaching sessions is for personal growth and educational purposes only, and should not replace professional advice where applicable. We reserve the right to update or modify services and pricing, with any changes reflected on this website. 1. Session Confirmation * Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details and Google Meet link. 2. Rescheduling Policy * You may reschedule your session once, try to notify at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Cancellations & Refunds * Payments are non-refundable. * If you’re unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule your session.
 Please notify at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows. 4. Session Punctuality * Please join the session on time. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality * All coaching conversations are strictly confidential. Sessions are not recorded or shared without explicit consent. 6. Technical Requirements * Sessions are conducted via Google Meet (audio). Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for best results


Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to make sure you have full clarity before making a purchase. Because our services involve personal time and customized effort, all payments are considered final once a session or program is booked. If a payment is charged twice, please inform us at support@masculinepull.com and we’ll process a prompt refund for the duplicate amount within Three business days.


Delivery Policy

Our services are delivered digitally — through online calls, email, or other communication platforms. You’ll receive confirmation and details for your sessions via email within 24–48 hours after payment.
